# Terms of Service Welcome to **Glow** (the "Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). Glow is a decentralized, non-custodial graphical user interface that allows users to deploy, interact with, and trade tokens (commonly referred to as "memecoins") via smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. By accessing or using the website at \[glow\.fun] and any related services, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. #### 1. Nature of the Platform * **Decentralized Interface:** Glow is solely an informational and technological platform. We provide a user interface to interact with decentralized smart contracts. * **Non-Custodial:** We do not have access to, custody of, or control over your digital assets, wallets, or private keys. You are solely responsible for securing your own wallet. * **No Endorsement:** Glow does not endorse, vet, or guarantee any token created or traded on the Platform. The creation of a token on Glow does not imply any legitimacy or value. #### 2. Eligibility & Geo-Restrictions By using Glow, you represent and warrant that: * You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. * You are **NOT** a citizen, resident, or entity located in the United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, or any jurisdiction comprehensively sanctioned by the US OFAC, the UN, or the EU. * Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. #### 3. Assumption of Risk (Memecoin Disclaimer) Trading digital assets, particularly "memecoins," involves extreme risk. By using Glow, you acknowledge and agree that: * **No Intrinsic Value:** Tokens launched on Glow are intended for entertainment and experimental purposes only. They have no intrinsic value, no expectation of financial return, and no underlying business enterprise. * **Total Loss:** The value of tokens can drop to zero instantly. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. * **Smart Contract Risk:** While we strive to provide secure smart contracts, blockchain technology is subject to bugs, exploits, and hacks. Glow is not responsible for any loss of funds due to smart contract vulnerabilities. * **No Financial Advice:** Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You must do your own research (DYOR). #### 4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct You agree NOT to use the Platform to: * Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws. * Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activities. * Upload, create, or distribute tokens with names, tickers, or images that are illegal, violently explicit, constitute child exploitation, or infringe on the intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks) of others. * Employ bots, exploit mechanisms, or malicious code to manipulate the Platform’s bonding curves, front-run trades, or harm other users. * *Note: While Glow is a decentralized protocol, we reserve the right to hide, delist, or block specific tokens or IP addresses from our frontend interface if they violate these Terms.* #### 5. Fees Glow charges a fee for interactions with the smart contracts (e.g., token deployment fees, trading fees). These fees are automatically deducted by the smart contract. By confirming a transaction, you agree to pay all applicable fees. You are also responsible for paying all blockchain gas fees required to process your transactions. #### 6. Intellectual Property * **Platform IP:** Glow owns all rights to the Platform's frontend code, design, logos, and trademarks. You may not copy or use them without permission. * **User Content:** By uploading logos, names, or metadata for a token on Glow, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use this content on the Platform. You represent that you have the right to use any images or names you upload. #### 7. Disclaimer of Warranties THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GLOW MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. #### 8. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOW, ITS FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. #### 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glow and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party (including IP infringement related to tokens you deploy). #### 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution * **Governing Law:** These Terms shall be governed by the laws of \[Hongkong], without regard to its conflict of law principles. * **Arbitration:** Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in \[Hongkong], rather than in court. * **Class Action Waiver:** You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. #### 11.
